Pay day today and after my pay rise and bonus yesterday, I felt confident enough about cash to buy a suitcase for my holiday in June (Ralph Lauren reduced from £100 to £30 in TK Maxx owing to a scratch on the side!).

Also, bought groceries and of six quid spent in Tesco, only one item wasn't own brand.

So, quite a productive day I think!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

I spent about £5 in Tesco on the lottery (so it could be an investment!), some soup and rolls for dinner in work tonight. Im very proud of myself... :D

Tomorrow is a different matter, its last day of the six nations so we are spending the day in the pub. (And probably most of the evening too).

Evening all :T The weekend has started :j:beer:

Well today has been an expensive one for me. Somehow that tends to happen when I take a day off work

£32 return ticket to Wellingborough, £48.80 to Fedex a package overseas , £37.50 dry cleaning bill , £1 on newspaper and a Twix, £1.99 Lambrusco Light, £2.10 saveloy and chips.

I'll have to wait a while for the Fedex refund and the drycleaning cost I had to put on my CC :( but the rest was budgetted for. Phew!

Have a good evening. I'm doing some shredding whilst drinking the Lambrusco and watching Sport Relief :D
