Thanks to this thread I just managed to get 211 points in about 45 mins of trying.

register at http://www.brittrips.co.uk/home/ , then go to http://www.co-operative.co.uk/walkers/ and go to virtual scratchcard. keep refreshing, it takes a while, but its a great loophole. thanks to the original people including merlinomartin.
