Mortgage on divorce

Hi!
I'm in the middle of a divorce and at the decree nisi stage. My husband will not move out of our house until he can buy his own property. I really need to buy him out, but do not earn enough to raise the mortgage from a conventional lender. I will need all my income sources to come into the equation e.g working tax credit etc. if I have any hope of raising enough money. Selling the property and moving to something smaller is not option as we currently have my minimally-required 3 bedrooms as I have 2 children.
I'm not sure of exact figures yet as the solicitors are currently dealing with the division of assets.
Do I need to go to an independent financial advisor for advice? I am concerned about costs as all my savings have gone on solicitors fees.
Any tips would be very gratefully received!
