No - the way in which all these jug manufacturers work is making money on cartridges. Aqua Optima for example, gave a load of jugs away to Amazon I think a couple of months back, because jugs in kitchens mean repeat cartridge business. We are cartridge suppliers - we typically don't even stock the aqua optima jugs (there is no option to buy a jug on it's own on our site for that very reason!).

As a result I can certainly assure you that offers to suppliers on cartridges are rarer than hens teeth - it's a captive market for jug manufacturers!

Anyway £23.95 including delivery is basically what six double life cartridges cost - you'll pretty much find they are £32 for a six pack on the high street I think. We believe that £23.95 is about the cheapest online when you factor in it includes 2/3 day delivery (which we have found most of our customers want) - and that is our usual price - no offers or gimmicks on it.

I think the FREE JUG OFFER is the best price you'll find. A proper aqua optima branded jug and six double life filters (plus the standard life one that comes with the jug) is about £42 from the next cheapest I can find, so by all accounts £23.95 including carriage is pretty good value.

Not to mention you are looking at a cost of just £1.84 for filtered water for 13 months which is almost certainly a bargain compared to bottled water!
