I want a cheap decent sewing machine

Hi

Does anyone know where I can get a cheap decent sewing machine - I did have a Sew Pro Quickstitch SP 405 i think but it is utterly carp and even if you do get the thing threaded it will never stitch - i have done everything i can i think of to the machine to get it runnign and it still wont.

I jsut want a machine i can do some clothes making on - basic stuff nothing fancy

lidls quite often have cheap domestic machines around £30-£40 ,or ebay is good for second hand machines , i picked up 2 last week for £25 each . maybe the tension is wrong on your machine does it just not sew at all?

The service has been excellent. I went for an ex display one. But they have 15 year warranty with their machines which i think is amazing!!! And the machine is going great, have made some bunting and patchwork duvet and pillow for baby annabell, I love it.
