just wondered if any one else wanted to exchange their product as i did.
bought straighteners and wanted to exchange for a hair dryer, went 3rd august.
i was told that i would have to pay full price because voucher date had expired, so voucher was no longer valid.
i thought this was rather mean , i should have been allowed to exchange, i was not asking for a refund.
in the end i did just refund the product because i would have been able to get same hairdryer cheaper elsewhere.

Nice to save.

I took something back but did not want to exchange it & they put it on a gift card for me"what lies behind us & what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us" Ralph Waldo Emerson0

I took something back for a refund, I did not show the receipt. I was told that I would have to exchange the product for something of the same value. I explained that I only wanted to spend a few pounds, the girl would not budge. The lady next to her then interupted and said how silly she thought the new rule was and allowed me to exchange my few products and then have the rest on a gift card. I would suggest not taking the receipt and asking to do an exchange.0
