VAT on fruit juices

I know that Martin has done some great work on the Downing Street petitions site in the past, but Asda now seem to be getting in on it. It won't change the world, but it might make things cheaper, which is why I'm putting it here - it's to lower VAT on fruit juices from 17% to 5%.
