How have you got on with the Debenhams £10/£5 off voucher?

How have you got on with the Debenhams £10/£5 off voucher?
As many of you are aware there is a printing error, its says in massive print £10 off a £25 spend, then in the tiny writing underneath, it says £5 off a £25 spend.
Whats the score at the tills?
Are they honoring their voucher, or not?
I want to use mine on some Estee Lauder, its Thursday, late night shopping:D
Thanks

Hi
I used mine the other day and got £5 off (spent £26). No problem at all

But did you not have a voucher which said £10 off a £25 spend?
I got two vouchers through the post.
£5 off a £25 spend
&
£10 off a £25 spend
Both wrote in huge writing across the front of the voucher.
However I read (somewhere) on here that the £10 off £25 was a printing error & sure enough if you read the small print its £10 off a £50 spend. But its really tiny.
So what I want to know is are Debenhams honouring these at the face value of £10 off £25?0 -
NO, I don't think they are.
Yesterday at Debenhams I saw an A4 notice to customers, at each till, pointing out a 'printing error' on these vouchers and stating that they are actually for £5 off £25 and £10 off £50.
So I think this poster has been sent through to Debenhams stores to display, to cover the error by Nectar. Still worth a try in a store not displaying the A4 notice though, but I am still fairly sure you'd be unlikely to get £10 off £25. Shame!
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think thats pretty bad form of them. I honestly would not have spotted the small writing apart from this website & my sister only saw it because I pointed it out to her.
Bad show from their customer service, I think. After all they sent out the vouchers to invite/tempt people in.
Many thanks0 -
The voucher was actually my Mum's so I didn't get to inspect it- although she had noticed it said £5 off £25 on one side, and £10 off £25 on the other. (I was just grateful to be given the voucher, and she was grateful that it was used by someone)0

Why didn't you attempt to use the £10 off one then?
As you had spent £250 -
she only gave me the one to use0

Sorry I thought you had both.
I wonder if she used the £10 one, I wonder if they honoured it?0 -
sorry I don't know- she didn't mention that she had received two (has everyone had two? I haven't had any!)0

I think everyone they have on their mailing list has recieved two.
I think they may be from necter rather than Debenhams.0
