Does anyone know how long it takes for them to transfer your points over? and how often they do it?
Thanks

Yes that happened to me too. I logged in and it tells me there is no one listed. Ive emailed them and they havent replied.
So they have got all our info for nothing!Sugarmouse Money Supersaver!!0 -
TNS are a large, legitimate Market research organisation - in fact one of the largest around. They might get all your info, but not to use directly as far as I know, just to do research for clients who want to know what people think about things. They may have particular profiles (eg age group, gender, income bracket, geography etc) of people that they're looking for to do surveys, hence why some people get accepted & some don't - it all depends on what type of person they're looking for at the time & what gaps they have.0

Mytns.com also credit you with a small number of points if you start a survey but do not meet the profile that they need.
(Unlike Ciao who let you spend 10 mins on a survey and then say that you are not suitable and don't offer you any payment for your time and effort!)
They are a big, reputable corporation, as the previous poster states, and they have been undertaking market research in various forms for a long time. Any teething problems will soon be sorted out. Don't panic.

considering joining up to mytns but wondered just wanted some more info from people already involved. I have a nectar card and wondered if it was really worth while. How many points can you receive? Regarding the surveys what are they about, are you obliged to complete all questions, are they online or telephone surveys - do you have the option, what other benefits are there other than nectar points??
any advice please - pros and cons.
thanks0 -
I don't know if anyone else is on this but it might motivate people to sign up with tns. I don't know how they got my details, maybe through nectar or something.
Anyway they sent me a letter with an activation code for a special 'food on the go' survey group. Basically I get £1 every time I text them up to a max. of £40 per month. They also send all payments out in cash!
£40 a month in cash, hard to beat that
