    Hello Mundouk,

Forget Umbrella companies. And go Ltd Company.
    I'm a contractor of 5 years.

My 1st year I was with an umbrella.
The took far too much of my income!
They also once took 6 weeks to pay me at once stage. And they didn't seem to care when I complained. Awfull customer service.
Eventually I got it sorted, via me hassling them and that's when I went Ltd.
    Never looked back.

    Get a good accountant.
Try and go with someone via a recommendation from other contractors.
Get yourself a business bank account.
    Get VAT registered.
    Sorted! Go Ltd!

I've now found most of my earnings go to me rather than some 'Umbrella Company' taking far too much of my income!
    Best o luck.

    I suggest,
