in Cutting tax
As we know the changes in CGT are very significant from 6th April 2008.
I have some land which i would like to transfer to my son at current value before end of tax year and then trsnafer back again later in the year. is this feasable? is it costly? and can it be done speedily? the saving to me in CGT would be considerable. Also what is the threshold for spamp duty on commercial property?
