Have you thought about the european courts of is it justice? Just a thought as i have heard of others being successful by going down this route. I'm sorry you haven't had many replies perhaps most people dont actually know what advise to give you. This is an area thats way above me, i should imajine it is for allot of people. Also don't forget that quite allot of posters have been on holiday and may not of picked up your thread yet. I'm sorry you feel you didn't get much help

I think you have to exhaust the court system in this country before you take it to a European court. But as no-one wants to take on the case they will find this very difficult.

Thanks for that Eric, i have no idea how the court system works it was just an idea that may of had some use to the poster:) it does sound a very difficult case and i have to say in a case like that my heart does go out to the person in question but unfortunately sometimes all we can reach is a brick wall, devastating i know
