Its a lovely day here in sunny Bognor!!:) A perfect washing day, so I am planning lots of it!!
Day 3 of 184. Its not going to be a NSD for me today, I need to pop to the bank which will require parking to be paid for. DS3 has a trip out so need to give him £2 spending money (I seem to be giving his school money every week for something or other!) So it will be a low spend day instead.
Have checked online banking and nothing has gone out so thats good:)
Spent most of yesterday evening drawing up a calendar for the summer holidays and filling in the things I already know about and planning other things to do...
our local cineworld shows junior films on a saturday morning at 10am for £1 and we can go bowling anyday 9-10am on a weekday kids £1 adults £2. Brilliant, I will be making good use of this!November NSD's - 70 -
day 4 today, so 180 days left until the end of the year:D
spent a lot of time yesterday working on my summer holiday planner and budget spreadsheets.
i want to be debt free by september 2009 and i am going to try my hardest to achieve this!!
the clubcard plus forms arrived yesterday so i have duly completed them and sent them back:) i also had an email from tescos about the mobile phone i sent in for recycling, they have recieved it, 300 points and a £10 gift voucher, i checked this morning and the points have been added:D my clubcard points now stand at 3505!!!
today wont be a NSD again, as I need to buy cat food. dd has her induction day at school this morning and gets to spend 2 hours in her reception class and meet her new teacher.....my girl is growing up fast:(
ds2 &3 also have their induction days today (ds3 going up to year 3 and ds2 going up to year 6) ds1 has the day off lol (but he will be going into year 8 in september!!!!)
i have a friend coming round after 11am and have to wait in for the bloke to fix the leak in the downstairs toilet this afternoon, so other than the pet food, i shouldnt need anything else. I may give the kids their pocket money today, so that tomorrow can be my first NSD of the month!!!:D i better get a wriggle on as I have put myself down for 12 this month!!November NSD's - 70 -

today WILL be a nsd, i am determined! gave out pocket money yesterday (a day early, me cheat? nooooo) so that i didnt have to spend anything today:A
dd had her induction day yesterday and we met her new teacher, she still looks to young to start school to me

having a bad day:( ds3 started smearing again after months of not doing it. he has done it the last 4 evenings in a row and again this evening. it really gets me down:( in general everything is getting on top of me today!
trying to think of positives instead:
- tesco have credited me 400 points for the cartridges i sent off
- i have had my first NSD of july
ok, so i cant think of anymore....i hate being on such a downer:( things will probably seem brighter on an early night and a good sleep!November NSD's - 70 -
Day 6
i feel much better this morning, i think i was just really tired yesterday and had let everything get on top of me!
aiming for 2nd NSD today. i know tomorrow wont be, i have planned to take the children to the cinema to see kung fu panda and to burger king afterwards. this comes out of my holiday and days out budget and is not counted in the 4k challenge. looks like i will be spending about £30 (me and 4 kids).
ds3 is out with carers today, depending on the weather, i might take dd to the park.
have plenty to be getting on with around the house this morning!November NSD's - 70 -

Hi Jamie,
Glad you are feeling a little more positive today. know exctly how you feel my kids are grown up now but I have four and DS2 is autistic/hyperactive. It can be really hard sometimes especially when you are a single parent, some days you feel you really can't cope but somehow you pull yourself together and carry on.You are doing a great job:A :A . Enjoy the break whilst DS3 is out today.:D0 -
thanks sophiesmum, i guess some days are harder than others:)
day 7 (already???)
i achieved another NSD yesterday:D
this morning i will be popping to the library to try and find a book ds1 wants, and probably pick up some for me and dd. i also want to go to the local swimming centre to find out the cost of a family membership as i plan to include swimming as part of our summer holidays activities. i now think i will be able to cope taking all the children as ds3 can now paddle with armbands without having to cling on to me (which i guess dd will now be doing lol).
i am still planning on taking them to the cinema tonight but that largly depends on the weather, it is appauling here today so i may wait until the weather has cheered up a bit and take them later on in the week.... not yet sure wether today will be a spend or no spend day yet!:)
ds3 had a great time with his carers yesterday (they live on a farm) came home very tired and didnt smear (yay!)
right, off to update sig and then wake up the munchkins.......November NSD's - 70 -

breakdown:
food - 14.56

i have offered to have my friends kids for a few days in the summer holidays....saving her £65 per day in childcare!! in return she is going to buy me a bumper pack of rechargeable batteries and have dd over night for me a couple of times:) works out well for both of us!!!November NSD's - 70 -
