I entered my full postal address - I followed the instructions as posted by Mittens124, so not sure where you're going wrong!

You should recieve a email to validate then when you click the link in it it will take you to a page where you enter your postal address.

I applied for this with 'freestuff' earlier on this morning.
I had a validation email to confirm address etc..it was in by 'bulk' box though... so may not go to your inbox?? HTH
