No, nothing changes, married couples have been taxed as individuals, each responsible for their own tax affairs, for a number of years now.
On the tax front, you should have told your employers, and HMRC, and possibly NI as a separate organisation, especially if you are now using your new husband's name. Also if you have a pension plan then you may want to update the beneficiaries - depends who they were originally of course.
