The 5.39% is still available via the branch network together with the 5.59% with no fee.0

We went for this one and completed 2 weeks ago. Were going to go for 5.69 with Cheshire before we found this. One of the best buys in a few tables, and at least you know where you are for the next few years. We are hoping to overpay every month and clear it within the period (hopeful eh?!)
Two points to check with them in branch -
We were told we would get £100 cashback if you take a mortgage through the branch rather than online or broker. Think you get it 28 days after the first mortgage payment has gone out, we haven't had ours yet, but i will phone today just to double check it is on its way! We took out ours with Birmingham/West midlands branch (i can give you name & no. of person we dealth with if you get stuck)
I can also refer people to them and will get £100, which i am happy to split with you., so if you want to go for it, there is another £50 for you! Please pm me if you or anyone else wants to do this.
Thanks and hope you get the right mortgage for you!0 -
