advice needed on what I should do ??

I have owed money to seven different credit cards/ loans since 2003 and have dilligently paid off money to these interest frozen debts at around £10 per month each...until Sept. 2007 when I just could not afford to do it any more. Apart from 2 letters from 2 of the dca's I've not heard anymore from them. I not sure that I should be ignoring the fact these debts are still needing to be sorted out but I am not sure how to proceed as in June 2007 I wrote to all dca's offering to pay about 2/3rds of what owed in a lump sum (third party money from relative) all replied with a ridiculous much higher acceptable amount and also would not see it as full and final payment! so just ignored them and carried on paying £10 per mth until Sept 07. As these debts are now over 4 yrs old and I have paid off over 1/2 of what is owed do I just try to reume sending smaller amount of money per month again or just ignore them as they haven't written to me?
