Hi
Sorry yet another question
After going BR and not having an IPA in place, if I were to take in a lodger or have someone move in with me would I have to declare this an extra income to the OR?

Hi there,
Any changes within your financial situation whilst you are undischarged need to be notified with the OR.

Thanks for your quick reply
Am I correct in thinking then that although I am not subject to an IPA at the moment, that if I do have any increase in income while I am still undischarged then I may then become subject to one?0 -
That is correct. It tends to be around 50% of the surplus you have (not taking into account the first £100). As soon as you have been discharged, any increase would no longer have an impact on an IPA.
