BTL remortgage required

I recently purchased (2 months ago) a BTL property which I have extended and refurbished.
I am now looking to remortgage and get some equity out.
Currently, rental £610 p/w, value £575,000 and I am looking to remortgage to £485,000
Self Cert with accountant's certification.
Any lenders that would consider this?
Current lender C&G

Hi,
Would fit ok on rental calculations - think your biggest problem will be a remortgage within 2 months of ownership - major BTL lenders are looking at minimum of 6 months. Mortgage Express, BM, etc ...
Assume - C&G is no tie deal ?I am a Mortgage Adviser

As mark says the rental cover looks OK, as does the LTV. There are one or two who will look at remortgage before 6 months, particularly if you can show you have done work to the place.I am a Mortgage Adviser
