I am trying to knock us down a band BUT while looking at the bill i noticed the monthly amounts dont tally, even sat on the phone for ages going through it step by step it doesnt tally but to my advantage, the bill is more but they are happy and we are up to date and paid for the year ...my appeal was because going to be because it was so high compared to others but she has just given me the figures for next bill in April and it is more per year but less per month..can i get any more confused..the thing is though our bill is £50 per month less so not sure what to do now..aaaaaaahhh
