Need biscuit recipes asap!

Helloooo every one!

I need a yummy biscuit or cookie recipe asap! I am at work for another 30 mins but then i have to rush to sainsburys to buy the ingrediants.

As you may have guessed...i am not a great cook!!

I desperately need quite a simple recipe to make some tasty biscuits for tonight.

I have tried googling for recipes but they are all too complicated!

I hope some one can help me!!!

If you look in the MEGA index thread the recipe for "fridge biscuits" is super easy and foolproof and you can adapt it as you please.

    That's ok :)

By the way, you don't have to chill them in the fridge first if you want them right away - they're useful to have like that, but if you want to bake them straight away by shaping them into biscuits with your hands/rolling the dough and cutting shapes, you can.

Could someone point me in the direction of this recipe. I have looked in the MEGA index thread but seem to be missing it.

Hi there, not sure if it was the exact same recipe I was talking about but this recipe seems to be along the right lines?
