Just called my sister as she's in the process of remortgaging to the lifetime tracker at BoE +0.68%, and today it's gone up to BoE +0.93%. She's already been in to see them, has a reservation number and was told she needed to get the signed paperwork in by the end of the month - she hasn't sent it yet.
Will she be affected by the increase in tracker differential? I've suggested to her she phone them to make sure it won't, but she has her two little kids in the house so it's not easy for her to get to a branch today.
Any help gratefully received!Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0 -
If she has reserved the product via an agreement in principle she will be fine, the reserve normally would last 3 months but she should check.

It's interesting to see that Nationwide are now price discriminating against existing borrowers, compared to house purchasers, on most of their products.
How long has this been the case?
Sounds like another bit of Nationwide hypocrisy given the "new customers only"-slating TV advertising campaigns.0
