arrangement fees?

Martin was on GMTV this morning and he said that people on Northern Rock Together mortgage are in trouble. anyone know why?:confused:

    Because many are in negative equity, won't be offered new deals when theirs end and will be stuck on one of the highest SVRs going

    It is to do with the fact that you have the unsecured element of the loan as well.

    If your property value has not increased sufficiently to cover both elements allowing you to transfer to a new lender then you will be stuck with NR paying SVR.
