i bought a laptop from pc world about 4 year ago,i was going to buy outright but was talked into the rentsmart agreement with insurance.
its being costing me a fortune for no real benefits and about 6 months ago i droped it and damaged the casing quite badly (although it still works fine) i went into pc world and asked wether or not i was covered and was told no,the policy ran out three days ago and ive now been told i was covered but its now to late?and from what little info ive found it doesnt seem like i will be able to buy the laptop for the last monthly payment as told when i was sold it,there supposed to phone me tomorrow(belive it when it happens)
has anyone else had any experience with this?
cheers ray
