Anyone else had difficulties getting a maturity value or claim forms from the Pru ? They have been fobbing me off for a month or more now with less than 3 weeks left before my endowment matures.
I am still waiting for the claim forms to arrive even though I have been promised the paperwork for weeks, doesn't seem very professional to me and I will certainly not be reinvesting in them for that same reason !!!

Won't the cheque be issued automatically ? I'm surprised to hear that you have to fill out a claims form first to get the money for a maturity.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Apparently a claim pack is sent out that gives you the choice whether or not to have the cheque or re invest with them. Not really sure what is in the pack exactly as I have not had mine. I had a letter about 6 months ago telling me that I will recieve this info 4 to 6 weeks before maturity but I have had nothing from them apart from empty promises

Latest I had was that the pack would definately be with me by the 13th, no show as yet, am I on my own with this problem as the Pru claim to have had a problem with their computers so somebody else must be having this also ?0
