Hi guys
The CCA request was posted by recorded delivery on 11th March 2008.
We have not had any letters from Thames Credit at all. What is the next step?
Thanks in advance!0 -
Anyone got any ideas?0

Looks like they have given up.:j I am in the middle of 'pan-bashing' atm, but there is a letter template around regarding what to do after the 12+2 days have expired, seems also that the 30 days have expired too.Hi guys

Alternatively you may want to let sleeping dogs lie. No doubt another DCA will be writing soon:rotfl:[strike]Debt @ LBM 04/07 £14,804[/strike]01/08 [strike]£10,472[/strike]now debt free:j
Target: Stay debt free0 -
Thanks!
I didn't think another DCA could chase if we have already requested a CCA?
Has anyone got the template for the 30 day letter?
Thanks again0
