Anyone considered having one of these property buyer companies buy your house to rent it back? Have had an offer of this but not sure what to make of it.
What would happen with our secured loan if we did this? Could this still be included in bankruptcy? Or woul;d it be frowned upon? It would save the repossesion!
Its just that one of the Estate Agents keeps going on about how he has a friend who's a property investor and it would be better to sell than be repossesed. Is he just trying to rip us off? Thought it was his job to rent out houses!!0 -

Sorry Jet we don't have much experiance on the buy and rent back schemes on this board. I don't think they have a good reputation though. Why don't you ask on the house board
