Disability car loans

Does anyone know where my brother can get a motability loan to buy a car without going to a car main dealer?
He has tryed a bank,but they charge high interest rates.
Any ideas? PLEASE
This is a challenge for Martin??????:confused:

    go to social u might not get a lot of money but it is wort a try,or as above look in to gettin a motability car,, if brother on hi rate dla for motability,, a car every 3 years serviced new tyres when required,insurance worry free motoring
