BCW group.... anyone heard of them/ dealt with them?

You would put down the loan as Intelligent finance, but give address and contact details for BC&W.

As far as account/reference details go, you put down as much as you can. The OR will make requests to the DCA/creditors for further info if needed.

They're definitely part of the same group of companies. I once got a letter from Apex about a debt, & when I rang up, the person answered as BCW. It was only after they'd "put me through" to Apex (more like hollered "Mike, it's a call for you" :rolleyes: ) that I saw BCW's name & registered address at the bottom of the letter.

Yep. I have a vague memory of BC&W buying Apex, or it could have been the other way round.

Small difference either way.
