where to print your photos

I found it easier and cheaper (with todays low prices) to just print my photos online and have them mailed to me instead of printing them at home.
I check http://www.printrates.com before I print for the best deal at the time - as most of my photos are family and stuff like that - I dont need the super quality.
how can you beat $0.09 a print with a home printer, photo peper and all that ?
