Tesco Liquid Rim block & 3 refills 99p!

Just got back from Tesco and they had a pack of Liquid toilet rim blocks & 3 refills for 99p.
Its only the bright pink 'Floral' fragrance the other colours in the same range are over £1.00 with just 1 refill.
I bought 2 packs. They are a bit bright but I have opened one and they smell nice. The pack says New! but not sure if they are a new deal or just clearing old stock as they are so much cheaper than the other colours!
