Just rung Barclays to cancel my PPI. They said they have to log it as a complaint and say it’s not competitive enough coz i’m going with another provider and it will go to the complaints team (?!) and they will aknowledge in writing that they have received it and then send me a letter with a resolve. I asked the woman if I should write in and she said it was quicker doing it over the phone? Confused.com! lol. Any help please?
