    Oh, ok, one more post. Get the house prices of the houses that are in B and see what the difference is between them and you. Then check out from looking at other sales locally whether the prices have changed much over the period between their sales and yours. If the difference in the price between their houses and yours is broadly the same as, or lower than, house price inflation in your area, then that's a pretty good start to your case to the VOA.
    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

    Ha another one here for you then when you awake!! the houses i have just found our exactly the same as ours and i will be cheeky and go round tommorow and try and get some info!! the other ones it doesnt say wether they have gone up or down so no idea! thanks and night!

    Ok im guessing im using our market value here as we are shared ownership..i will try and find them! as all the new builds were built roughly the same time im thinking they will be roughly the same? the band B's though i think are smaller as flats.

    Hi gabyjane,

    You should still be able to work back shared ownership from the percentage. So if you are buying 50% of the property, double the figure. I would imagine it would be the same offer on all the houses (please don't complicate things by saying some were 75% and others 50% or I just might cry)...

    Hi i was just finishing my appeals form and have noticed your post!
    Well some are 50% and some are!!...no i know what you mean and that is fine, i have written what i have and am going to post it! no more umming and ahhing! I did check out the houses identical to ours as for some reason they now seem to be showing up and they are a B, not sure if i said that already so bit miffed at that tbh..i will send v soon and let you know!! fingers crossed eah!
