Belated February update!
I managed to save £1,213 in February. That makes £3,291 so far in 2021, and £200, 976 overall.
I've finally hit the £200k mark!I'm so chuffed. Need to do something to celebrate - which is hard with everything closed, but I'll think of something.

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. Kind of had a few months away from MSE forum. House saving still doing ok. I finally breached £10K which I am really happy about. In other news, I’m going to be going on a cruise at the end of May/beginning of June 2022. My aunt is turning 90 then so my cousin is arranging for as many family and friends to attend the cruise and surprise her. It’ll be going to the Norwegian Fjords. While there I’ve booked to do a couple of excursions that will clear some bits off my bucket list as well 😁😁🛳🛳
This month I am saving substantially less than normal, as I am paying privately for a painkilling injection to help my migraines. My neurologist told me to stop taking any painkillers when she referred me to the Pain Management clinic at my local hospital last October. I called that clinic a couple of weeks ago to be told their expected wait is 38 weeks, so I still need to wait a while. Having been in constant pain for that time, I decided the expense of going private was well worth it. I have my first appointment tomorrow.

Haven't updated in a while!I have 14k saved overall, I really should do something about the 5.2k that are sitting in a saver "earning" 0.01%, soon to be joined by the 3k in a monthly saver which I opened a year ago (2% interest). Saving rates are so pitifully low at the moment I'm not sure it's worth moving it!I now save 600£ a month, I'm hoping to continue like this!Partner is also saving quite a bit, we should have around 30k saved by Christmas!0

Have just reached £22,000 in savings (cash ISA). Not as impressive as others on here, but am single and living alone and paying rent and bills on my own, so saving requires a lot of sacrifice! Hoping to put down a 10% deposit on my first home this year.1

I live with someone else but it's a flat share so we're not financially linked, so also saving solo (my OH is unemployed due to Covid so its all on me at the minute) - its really hard work.
I have £28k saved - £23k for deposit and £5k put aside for fees. My plan is the same as yours @RoisinDove - put down a deposit for my first home this year, or if I don't find somewhere suitable reach £30k for a deposit by December.
Save £12k in 2022 = £3705.97/ £7,500 (49%)

House saving has been pretty slow over the last couple of months and I’m feeling very discouraged about my prospects of buying my own place. Even basic 1 bed flats in my area are beyond my reach and, as the house prices continue to jump up, I don’t know how or when I’ll be able to buy anything, and therefore I’m wondering whether it’s worth it.Saving amounts have been very low this last couple of months as I’ve needed to replenish my emergency fund but savings amounts will be partly increased, but not as much as I had been putting in there. Hopefully next month I’ll be brighter and more positive but I’m feeling pretty hopeless about it at the moment.

Is this thread still active?
I've been dipping in and out for years, and finally, this year will be the year I finish saving my half of the deposit! Im at £44134 and aiming for £50k. I want to have this done by June, then a little pot for fees (£5k)
We're looking at buying next year but there's so many factors as I'm self employed and lenders are being picky, so fingers crossed!£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**3
