Congrats Dinah and Carrie!
I'm still working on getting up to 8% this month - I don't think it's going to happen somehow, as I've got to pay my car and contents insurance next month so need to save up for that too - which means I have to somehow ignore the spare £200 in my 2nd current account! It's driving me crazy, I REALLY keep thinking that it is spare money and should go into a savings account ... ah well.:www: Saving for a deposit - Target £30k by 24/03/14 (30th Birthday!) :www:

I've managed to add another £7.64 to my savings thanks to Topcashback! Not amazing, but we've got just over £25k so far. In fact, even though we don't have the £40k yet, we've found that we can get a mortgage so we've started house hunting. Hey Jimlad,
how are you?
I'm getting a bit frustrated with my new job as they're taking ages to pay and so don't want to count what i've earnt towards my savings till its in my bank. Worst bit is theres no set pay day as its freelance work so will just have to keep waiting :rolleyes:Save £12K in 2019 #: £0.00 / £10,000 (0%)
