Orange users free credit

I have one orange sim on monthly. Texted 60040 sent and nothing happened. Tried on a payg orange sim and up comes the word report and when I click on that it says delivered.
Now am doing something wrong?. The address I am putting in is 60040 and nothing in the text box.

You need to text Orange.

It seems to be taking longer this evening - my daughter tried at about 6.30pm and hasn't had a text back yet.

Sorry I must be really thick over this. Originally I put 60040 in the address box. I tried putting orange in the address and just 6/s come up. You can tell I dont use texts - bet I win 50.
So what exactly do I put in the address box and the message box please?

Text just the word ORANGE to 60040
