I work at Riverside Shopping Centre, and feel that we ought to manage your expectations as the money saving expert effect has caught us rather unaware and brought our marketing company's server to a standstill. We are unable to retrieve the details of those that have clicked over the last couple of days as we realise that a lot of those are not our target customers.

I am sure that you realise that the free bag is designed to promote the centre and re-useable bag useage to the local community, and I would therefore ask that you only apply for a free bag if you are can visit our centre and give us a plastic bag in return. We operate this promotion at 4 centres across the UK and if you go to the management offices we will be more than happy to swap your plastic bag for a one of our reuseable bags.

Crazyangel, No problem, it's been an interesting few days!! However there is no way we have the resources to retrieve the data and send out all the bags so we will have to limit it to those local to our centres. However you are obviously a local! So do please use your bag with pride!

The return email said to submit address details at the link. that took me to this page with no were to fill in details so it looks like you have to visit on set days now to get your bag

i got an email but it wants me to go and pick the bag up it says SEPTEMBER

We will swap your bags over on any day that you come to the centre you do not have to wait for a promotional day.

We cannot send out bags to everyone that has submitted as we cannot cope with the volume of emails we are recieving.
