We all search for free stuff online,"free" is the most used word on google but we never seem to get the results we hope for and spend hours trawling the net hoping for that one big find. I know because I have done it myself and that`s how I came across some brilliant advice for better search results.

An easy example of how to get better search results and not get results you don`t want.

e.g. search for free games but you do not want football, because if you just searched for free games you would get a load of football links as well.

How to get better search results and cut out the spam.
This is how you should search fo free games but no football links
Type

free +games -football

type free then leave a space and then add plus sign (+) and then type games with no space between the plus sign and games so now leave a space after games then put the minus sign (-) and then type football next to the minus sign leaving no space and now this is telling the search engine that you want free games but do not want football results found.

+ sign is saying ypou want this to be found and the - sign is saying you do not want this to be found.

Do the same as above but put a = sign instead of the minus sign by the football and the results are superb.
