I THOUGHT I HAD WON BUT HADN'T - HELP PLEASE!

I have been playing the Necker Big Snap competition. I got a green message saying I had won followed by a drop down box which I clicked onto. This took me to a screen which said 'Welcome to the Big Snap Search claim page. Due to the lack of a unique ID on this request this is not a valid claim.' Why?? What did I do wrong??

If you can remember the exact time and the pictures you had, they may be able to help you, i know a couple of people have had the same thing happen and still claimed their prize, i think they rang up and asked for a lady called Jessica

what time did this happen out of interest?

thanks for the advice famingice it is much appreciated. It happened today at about 7.15 pm but I didn't notice what the cards said I was too excited at having won! I don't suppose you have any idea where I find their phone number from?

According to the screen no prize was won between 7.04 and 8.02 and Hamster won the 7.04 prize???

I think something similar has happened a few times to people but the Necker Big Snap thread is too long to look back through and find out what happened!

Thanks for all your advice - I have found the virgin email address and will let them know what has happened. Fingers crossed.

I had this happen to me I emailed them at an address someone posted on here, but my email was returned !!!
