Is it paid pro rata; so for full time you get £12500 but for 15 hours you get £12500 x 15/40 ?
    Not even wrong

I get £15.5k for a 20 hr job, pro rata already calculated. They do exist, and they're much better. It means I get 139 holiday hours rather than 25 days, but I can cope with that. :)

Mind you, I wouldn't have given up the full time freelancing for anything less.

    Go for it.
