exactly why I mentioned the relaxing of certain lenders rules on existing B2L and new L2B

A&L have relaxed rules , but not as much as some others

Doing one today, which falls short of A&L rules but acceptable to others

Of course a lot of the comparison sites don't look into criteria fully, and some also don't show some exclusives

I just spoke to West Bromwich BS.

They will do it for 4.15% which makes the monthly amount £837.80 which is
£3.19 cheaper.

However they also state you have to have there building insurance which is £19.69 a month.

I have not got any details yet on building insurance so I dont know if this is a good deal yet, i think they said it was through Norwich Union. They also pushed there Building AND contents but that came in at £49.96 which does seem alot alothough they said that I only had to have the building through them.

just did a search through http://www.insuresupermarket.com/home/ and can get Buildings for about £10 a month and B & C for £14. Its a great site, Im sure you have all used it already.

So its back to Halifax, I dont mind as long as Im sure that I have hunted around and found the best deal at the time.
