Supposed to be as part of the sale which starts from Thursday in store .. some stores obviously don't read or adhere to the sale info from head office ....

Anyone know where the cheapest xbox version of this, with guitar, can be bought at the mo?

Ours is pretty new but a connection has 'gone' to one of the notes. I think I pretty much know my rights, Sale of Goods Act and all that, and I could exchange it if the store had another (they didn't last week) or I could take a refund. I don't want to contact the manufacturer at this point, although that's another option of course.

I bought it from a Supermarket so there will be no problem if I want a refund under the circumstances (I asked when I wanted an exchange last week) but I paid £52 for it at Christmas and I only want to rebuy elsewhere if I can get it cheaper than that now?

    Thanks for any info.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
