If Andy the Fair Exchange Rep happens to read this:-
I tried to register for the Free DVD Club but it said my email address was already registered, presumably with Fair Exchange. I tried logging in but it wouldn't accept my password so I clicked on the "forgotten password" link. I then got an email stating that my password is "0". This was obviously wrong so I tried again but the same thing happened. How can I find out what my password actually is please?
very confused
where has andy gone? 0
