Retail Eyes - Problems submitting reports

I'm at my wits end! I've been trying to submit two reports to Retail Eyes all morning and everytime I get to a certain point in the questionnaire, the website is crashing my browser. I've tried it in both Internet Explorer and Firefox with the same results, so I'm certain its nothing to do with my settings.
I've had nothing but problems since they "upgraded" their website and I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems. If they aren't then it must be something to do with my computer
I don't know what to do now, because there is no way these two reports are going to be submitted on time. I've e-mailed them, but I can't imagine there's going to be anyone in the office on a Sunday, so this means that my reports are going to flagged as being late, which will affect my shopper score, won't it?

I had the same problem last week, in the end I finally managed to get hold of someone on the phone to explain why it hadnot been totally completed, they emailed the rest of the questions which made it easier!
Just hope it works properly this week for me!
Try to get in touch with them I don't know if they'll be open today though, so try an email to the person you've been given as you contact its in the paperwork.0 -
It has happened to me friday evening. I have emailed the account rep and i will deal with it on MOnday morning. No point of stressing about it!!!0

Target 3: Clear Moneyback Loan £31500 -
I had the same thing yesterday when submitting a report. It kept freezing and I kept getting messages saying the scripts would cause my page to run slowly.
I emailed support some feedback so hopefully they will look into it.0 -

So if you mail them and note that you attempted to submit the report they cannot blame you (deduct points or refuse to pay) when you finally do manage to submit it. The problem is obviously intermittant and they are doing their best to sort it out.0 -

It took me just over two hours to do my report on Friday, as nothing would sabe properly, but eventually it went through. When you look at how much the fee is, the petrol costs and the length of time some reports take to do, as they seem to get more complicated, I wonder if it is still worth it

I had the same problem today submitting my report. In the end, I managed to do it on the fourth time of trying. I was so glad when it went through as I am away for ten days after tomorrow morning so wouldn't have been able to do it if it hadn't gone through tonight.

RE have just "upgraded" their report forms online...making them pretty much unuseable unless you have a mega quick computer with oodles of memory. If you haven't already let them know that you are having problems with it and they will pass it on to their IT department!0
