Hello,
I was wondering whther you could help me please...
I have an online premier account with Alliance and Leicester and I was trying to get the address, although while I was navigating my way through the site I accidently clicked 'copy statement' and they are going to charge me £5 for ordering it... But once I realised what I had done, I rang them up straight away and asked if they could reverse the charge and the order and I explained my reasoning why.
The lady said on the other side of the phone that it was not possible to reverse it and basically told me that I did have a chance to reverse out of the copy statement earlier...
Any idea's how to get out of this!?!?
