Carotino Palm Oil - 99p at The Coop with Free Pamper Treat Offer

In my local Coop, 500ml bottles of Carotino Palm Oil are 99p and each bottle has a free Pamper Treat voucher on the neck.

There was a voucher in the Sunday Express a couple of weeks ago to get this oil 'free' if you were prepared to pay £1.30 for the paper, but obviously, this is cheaper.

The going price for this oil is between £1.73 and £1.98 in the major supermarkets as you can see at:

Details of the Pamper Treat offer are here:

Having got a free sample of this lovely oil at the Ideal Home Show (with BOGOF entrance tickets!) I just bought a full-size bottle. It cost £1.68 from Tesco.com - Carotino Red Palm Canola Oil 500ml. As well as being a healthier cooking oil it gives roast potatoes a wonderful orangey colour!

"Carotino is a delicious, natural, cholesterol-free, multi-purpose oil which is ideal for cooking, baking, frying, roasting and salads. It is made from a unique blend of canola oil and red palm oil, derived from the vitamin-packed fruit of the palm tree and should not be confused with palm kernel oil."

It came with a neck collar offering a free voucher for a luxurious Pamper Treat for every customer who buys a bottle.

"Choose from a number of carefully selected beauty salons, health clubs, well-being practitioners, and Nutrition and Life Coaches to help you unwind, relax and gain invaluable advise on a new personalised lifestyle plan that will help you to look and feel fantastic!

If it's Tai Chi, Reflexology, Pilates, Yoga, Shiatsu, Personal Trainers or a Nutrition or Life Coach, there's something here for everyone."

On visiting their website to learn more, I discovered that you can apply for the voucher even if your bottle had no collar, as long as you have the till receipt.

Here is a link to the T&C to enable you to apply. Here is a link to read about the treats available (some are free and others are BOGOF offers)

it is a great oil - it smells slightly strange when heated up - but there is no taste. it is brilliant with scrambled eggs as it makes them a lovely yellow!

As previously posted, this oil is available at 99p per bottle in the Coop and in my local stores at least, the bottles still have the pamper offer on the neck.
