anyone made caramelized onion relish stuff?

Good afternoon All,
Last year I made Onion relish/marmalade and it was the greatest! Just about to make another batch and can I find the recipe???? not a chance! been through my books and searched but cant find the same on for the life of me.
Its very dark, used white onions, mustard seed and also sultanas/currents. And also the recipe asked for it to be left to mature for a good few weeks.
