best current product assuming rates to go down slowly?

Hello
With the assumption above, I'm looking for a discounted 2y/3y product allowing good couple multiples, reverting to variable with minimum premium on base BoE after said amount of time. Flexibility a must for possible windfalls and, if rates work out OK, would consider offset products.
Any advice? Thanks!

WHat figures are you looking at?
What is the purchase price?
What depsoit do you have to put down?
What is the income to be taken into account?
Without these figures it is difficult to look at any ratesI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
