Advice on what to do?
I received a letter from my bank Lloyds TSB yesterday, it contained on the cover letter my name, address and Credit card Number asking me to sign a loan agreement form for £3100 with all the details, payback rates etc... But on looking at the name and address on the form it was somebody different?
I had not applied for any loan, obviously the person on the loan form had, but it had been sent to me!
How can this happen, its my credit card number but the loan details are for another person.
I have tried to ring the Customer services (Joke!) number on the letter now 5 times spending over 25 mins per call in some supposed queue and still not got through.
Any advice please?

Go into the branch and let them do the spadework sorting it out. If they mess you about, tell them you will charge them for your time.0

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply, it's a free number anyway. I will go into my local branch tomorrow!
