According to the News of the World Web site, you have to take a voucher to WHSmith. The site (which has a picture of the bag) says:

"To take advantage of this exclusive offer, simply present the voucher in this week's Fabulous magazine, at your nearest WHSmith store (redeem at participating Dunnes Stores in ROI), and exchange for a free Fabulous clutch bag, by Monday March 10, 2008, while stocks last."
